Duties include the following:
- Generating and administrating flight related documentation (passenger tickets, crew briefings, flight line advice, passenger lounge bookings, etc.)
- Briefing crew on all flight related details
- Liaising with client services team to establish requirements and obtain all necessary clearances, fuel, handling & accommodation arrangements
- Providing ground handling services to CFS managed & charter fleet as well as FBO visitor aircraft
- Flight planning
- Shift work
About You:
• Confident, proactive, and service-oriented
• Keen eye for detail and high standards
• Enthusiastic about luxury service and aviation
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak, and listen)
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent)
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Comfortable using technology and AI tools to streamline tasks

SPL / PPL / CPL / hour-building pilots may be considered for this position, but the company’s operational requirements will always take priority.
